Senior Development Manager

Lead the delivery of landmark tourism developments from master plan through to operational handover.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned destination projects.
Coordinate master planners, architects, and contractors against programme and budget.
Report progress, risk, and mitigation to sector leadership.

Requirements

10+ years in large-scale real estate or hospitality development.
Proven delivery of complex, multi-phase projects.
Fluent English and Arabic.
